Dress in layers and wear the warmest winter clothing you have—it is better to overdress than underdress. We recommend insulated outerwear, warm gloves, winter boots, and a balaclava or face covering. Rental clothing is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Remember, passengers are always colder!

Customers are responsible for the first $500 of damage per snowmobile, regardless of how the damage occurred. We take photos before and after every rental, provide repair estimates, and show the cost of replacement parts. Dented, bent, or broken metal and cracked plastics must be replaced. Drive belts are reviewed case by case using machine data and the circumstances of the damage.

Absolutely. Our rentals are a great option for couples, families, and groups who want to explore together at their own pace. Passenger age and driver requirements still apply.

If trail conditions affect your reservation, we will proactively contact you to explain the situation and discuss the available options.

Your rental includes the snowmobile, fuel, a helmet, Polaris Ride Command GPS, AdventureAssure protections, access to our rescue hotline, and an emergency satellite beacon.

Every snowmobile includes Polaris Ride Command GPS with the local trail network loaded. Based on your rental length, our team can highlight a suggested route and add waypoints for scenic stops and points of interest. You can follow that route or use the GPS to plan your own adventure.

Our rentals are self-guided, but we make sure you are comfortable before you head out. A team member will lead you to the trail, review safe operation, and assess your ability to control the snowmobile. Once you are ready, you will continue on your own and explore at your own pace.

Drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. Drivers under the age of 25 may not carry passengers under the age of 18.

Passengers must be at least 5 years old and 48 inches tall. Children must also be physically strong enough to maintain proper posture and safely hold on for the duration of the ride.

We have locations in Gorham, New Hampshire, Rangeley, Maine and Fryeburg, Maine.

Unfortunately, we do not offer group discounts.

Customers are responsible for arriving early enough to complete check-in and the required safety briefing. We are strict with start and end times, so please plan to arrive 45–60 minutes before your scheduled rental to ensure you’re ready to ride on time.

Yes, as long as your trailer appears safe and suitable for transport. Customers are responsible for properly loading and securing the machine, and it may only be used on approved trails.
